- Can I edit my shipment after booking?

You can make updates to your shipment if the carrier has not yet picked it up. Simply log in to your Freightquote dashboard, go to My Shipments, select the shipment you want to update, and choose Edit Details.
Please note that only the street address and contact information can be edited after booking. Any changes to the ZIP code, weight, dimensions, or accessorials require the shipment to be canceled and rebooked with accurate information, as these updates will affect the price.
- What happens if I entered the wrong weight or dimensions?

If your actual weight or dimensions differ from what you entered, your selected carrier will re-weigh and re-measure your freight. This carrier edit may result in additional charges. To avoid surprises, your shipment must be canceled and rebooked with accurate information.
- Can I change the pickup or delivery address?

Yes, you can update addresses before pickup.
Log in to your Freightquote dashboard and edit the shipment. Go to My Shipments, select the shipment, and click Edit Details. You can update addresses here.
Please note: If the carrier is already en route or has picked up, address changes may require a reroute fee or new booking.
- How do I confirm my changes went through?

A popup window will confirm your changes have been saved and you will see the changes reflected in your shipment details.
- What if my freight isn’t ready at pickup time?

Contact us with your order number and new pickup details.

- How do I cancel a shipment?

- To cancel online:
- Login to your Freightquote dashboard
- Locate & select the booked shipment you wish to cancel
- You will see a cancel option on the page
- Timing matters
If your cancellation request is within 8 hours of your scheduled pickup, the shipment cannot be canceled online. Instead, please contact us for support with your request.
- To cancel online:
- If I cancel a shipment, when will my credit or debit card be refunded?

- If you are cancelling the same day, most credit cards have only applied a pre-authorization. In most cases, this pending charge is removed by the following business day.
- If you are canceling a load that has already been charged to your card, we will process a refund overnight, and banks typically apply the refund within 3 – 5 business days.
